The Blues have agreed to terms with free agent Alex Pietro, according to NHL Network’s Ian O’Connor.
Pietro will join the team on a one-year deal worth $575,000, according.
Pietramp, 31, played last season with the Boston Bruins and will be a restricted free agent in July.
Pietros most notable seasons were with the Pittsburgh Penguins and Philadelphia Flyers.
He scored 13 goals and added 36 assists for 62 points in 123 games with the Penguins.
Pietrop has one goal and six assists in 12 games with Boston this season.
He will be entering the final year of a four-year, $13.6 million contract.
Pietrues first stint with the Bruins ended in 2015.
He recorded seven goals and nine assists for 29 points in 68 games during the 2014-15 season.
